YLPS formed alliance with the United Employers Organisation to enhance the impact that they make on legislative level for employers on all appropriate forums and councils as well as assisting employers and UEO members with CCMA and Bargaining Council disputes.
We firmly believe that the basis of sound HR practices is to have the correct contracts, rules & regulations and policies in place and therefore not only implement these systems in companies, but maintain it for them as and when needed.
YLPS is a member of the South African Council for Businesswoman, who has formed agreements with the AHI as well as Proudly South African.
In 1998 we decided to spread our wings and fly to George, where we established ourselves and have been assisting companies on all labour related matters & Hr Functions in the stunning Garden Route area.

At the time we delivered labour advise & assistance to primarily the Agricultural Sector. We currently assist companies/employers in all sectors (Wholesale & Retail, Clothing, Building, Metal & Engineering, Road Freight, Hospitality, Motor etc. )The past 20 years in (SA) Labour relations gave us extensive experience and insight into the day to day problems that small to medium employers experience. Our approach is practical and we are proud to say that we have developed successful ways and systems to make the life easier for all SMME employers in the challenging environment of Labour Law in SA. YLPS is a member of the South African Council for Businesswoman, who has formed agreements with the AHI as well as Proudly South African. In terms of managing risk pro-actively, we will Audit your existing contracts, processes and policies. Develop your own HR manual, including a disciplinary code and grievance procedure. Over the past 20 years we have learned all the tricks of the trade and have spent extensive time in the CCMA and different Bargaining Council dispute rooms. We know the importance of being supported and having someone fight your fight! We realised as early as 2003 that we need to take up partnership with an Employers Organisation that can give such support for our clients and also have significant imput in the legislation making in South Africa. We have thus formed partnership with (SA) United Employers Organisation and as a pre-requisite for delivering labour services you need to be a member of (SA) UEO. There is over 60 officials across South Africa and it does not matter if your business is sitting in Putsonderwater or Oudsthoorn.
